Our Service Commitment
As founding members of the IWSA. Service and choice have always been the mainstay of our business. Our service team work to rigorous service schedules so all our clients are serviced when it is agreed. However, we understand that many factors can impact on that such as the weather or a vehicle breaking down. All our service vehicles are fitted with trackers and all our drivers have smartphones that ensure we can not only advise if something has gone wrong but have the flexibility to increase our service workload to ensure that any additional or unplanned servicing can be added onto the working day.
All our vehicles carry limited spares and a full set of tools so that should they find something wrong we will invariably fix it there and then and not leave you waiting for an installation engineer to turn up.
As part of our service commitment, we will never tie you into a long term contract and all we ask is 90 days’ notice should you be unhappy or wish to terminate.
